  Grass roots CrossFit. Extremely welcoming staff particularly in my case as being a drop in. Trainers are competent and encouraging and the programming is simple yet effective. Each class is run efficiently and kept fun. I've dropped in at a lot of gyms but I always make a point to drop in here when I'm in the area. As a CrossFit Level 2 trainer I vouch for the competencies of the staff and overall programming.
